Iced Tea and Lemonade are included in full service catering only. Additional cost of $3.00 pp for canned soft drinks. Bar pricing is available.   Please see additional food selections. Most items are interchangeable without any further cost to you. We will be happy to accommodate any requests you may have.

Brisket pricing will be market price adjustment.

Price does not include 8% tax and 20% gratuity on all full service catering.  Delivery fee of $30.00 will be added to the bill for drop off service.  Servers are $25 per hour per server.  Price does include: All Paper Products & plastic serving utensils.  Additional Charge for Tent, Tables and Chairs &d upgraded serving ware.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.   A cancellation fee of $500.00 will be applied and the balance of the deposit will be returned when the cancellation is more than 31 days prior to the event. 30 days or less and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
